Ideas I have. In droves and if anything, my paintings and sketches are all over the place. Large realistic landscapes, small rough watercolors, massive still lifes and all over the map in style and execution. Paper, board, canvas and I'm even working on a sculpture. This is going to be one of the most dysfunctional art displays seen in this city (which is saying something from the place that brought you mouse-murder and poo-painting). That said, the theme I'm presenting is true to the original vision. The style will come later (maybe much later).
This piece I'm planning now is pretty big and will be on boards (no panel). The figure will be roughly sketched and casting shadows. I think it will look pretty cool but I doubt anybody will want to hang it in a mess (or over their mantle). One more for the basement after the show.
